Reflection on the past
Hi guys its been a while. It’s currently 3:52pm, Jan 1st 2022 and we’ll it’s been quite a year and quite a while since I’ve updated you guys on this journey.
Well a lot of things I’ve happened and I’ve been really busy with school and keeping up with all deadlines and projects but the whole time I’ve still been going to gym. I’ve had quite a bit of changes in programs, I went from using Jeff Nippard’s Push Pull Legs program to my own work out which is just a upper lower program into push pull legs and then arms for the final day.
As for lifts I only kept track of my squat, bench and deadlift but recently I have stopped deadlifting fully and have kept squatting to a period of once per week while I have upped my bench frequency to 3 times a week.
Weight numbers
- Bench press; 57.5 for 1
- Squat; 70 for 1
- Deadlift; 90 for 1
Plans for the future
I don’t have as my exact plans for the future but I will most likely update my weights the next time I hit a big PR like a 70 on bench or a 90 on squad and maybe even a 120 on deadlift if I start deadlifting again.
I wouldn’t expect many updates from me mainly due to me gong to the grade 10 finals this year so I will be studying and focusing on school way more then on gym but I will still make it a habit to go at least 5 times a week
